Great staff very friendly. Reasonable priced and amazing food, fast service, and clean environment. The deserts were another level that will definitely return to try the entire desert menu. Staff were funny and welcoming but a bit ginger.
Great service. Gorgeous food We got 2 starters 2 mains and 4 cokes for £60 They do a lunch time menu during the week 3 courses for £20 too. Even had cute toiletries in the ladies room which I’ve not seen much of before. Such as different perfumes, hairspray, etc
Gastro pub in the village, my husband lived as a child. Sadly, we visited for a family lunch on the day of his sisters funeral. The food was wonderful as it always has been. It was nice to remember my husbands sister here as the last time we came, it was when we were all together. Great pub that my husbands dad used to go to as well!
What a fantastic Sunday lunch - wonderful quality particularly the Yorkshire pudding which was exceptional. Loved the stuffing too. Great portions - enough to satisfy all appetites but the quality of the food is extremely good also. Try the melt in the mouth featherblade beef with the home made horseradish. Highly recommend a visit if you haven't eaten here.
Had my baby shower here last month in the upstairs private function room. Gorgeous clean room and the food we opted for was a buffet (pies/sandwiches/ quiches from the pub itself it was delicious, everyone loved it! The Owner and manager are lovely lads. Thanks guys x
Had not been here in more than 30 years. But very impressed with the food and environment. Food quality Very good. Service the same. Price slightly higher than similar pubs in the area. But definitely worth a visit
